What information will we collect from you?

We will mainly use your information for the provision of our services and this is necessary for the performance of a contract between us. If you do not provide the information it may be impossible for us to provide our service and we will let you know if this is the case. We may also use your details for:

Who we share your information with?
Where we have supplied you with a service, we may e-mail you to tell you about our services. Please contact email@example.com if you do not want us to do that. We will not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long do we hold your information?
We will keep your information while we are providing services to you and for a period of six years for the purposes of bringing or defending legal claims and for a period of seven years to meet our tax obligations.

You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which override your rights and freedoms.

Request the transfer of your personal data to you or to a third party.
Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your personal data.
